Good afternoon!
Congratulations on making it to the spring of your child’s senior year!  There are so many amazing activities coming up and accomplishments to celebrate!  

On Monday, June 9 from 6pm – 11pm the Carmel High School Senior Ball will be taking place at the Waterview in Monroe, CT.  Tickets are $75 each and will be on sale Monday, May 5 through Friday, May 16.   There will be no sales after May 16.  All ticket sales will be online through the MySchoolBucks website.  www.myschoolbucks.com

  • Please see the attached documents for specific details on how to create an account and purchase ball tickets for your son or daughter.  
  • Each senior attending must purchase their own ticket, even if two seniors are attending ball together.  If a senior is bringing a date who is not a CHS senior, two tickets may be purchased together.  The name of your child’s date must be submitted at the time of purchase.  If your child does not know the name of their date, please wait to purchase tickets.  However, all tickets must be purchased by May 16.
  • A parent permission slip will be signed off at the time of purchase.  
  • All CHS students attending senior ball will receive a student sign off form in their school emails.  Students must sign off on this to be admitted into the event.  Please remind your children to check their school email.
  • Parents of CHS underclassmen attending senior ball will also receive a parent permission slip in their emails.  
  • If your son or daughter is taking a date who is not a CHS student, he or she will need to complete a guest contract.  Guest contracts are available in any administrator’s office, the Main Office or on the school website.  Guest contracts are due back to the administrators by Monday, May 19.  
  • All students must provide names for table of ten.  Table sheets will be emailed to the students or picked up in the Main Office.   They must be dropped off at the Main Office or emailed to jzupan@carmelschools.org by Tuesday, May 20.  Incomplete tables will be filled at the advisor’s discretion.
